Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made 6 hours in advance of scheduled session will get a full refund. Each child must be accompanied by an adult and a waiver must be signed by a responsible adult for each minor child. 1. Be gentle with the cats. Please don't chase cats. If they walk away after you pet them, please let them go on to their next adventure. 2. Cats get scared easily! Please no yelling, running, jumping, or stomping. 3. Cats sleep a lot. Please don't wake sleeping cats, a gentle pet is fine. 4. No children under 8 years old will be allowed in the cat visitation area. 5. Children 8-14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. There should be an adult for every two children. Adults who bring children should remain together when they interact with our cats. Please note that guardians are responsible for the actions of their minors and should make sure they follow the rules. 6. Please use available hand sanitizer when you enter and exit the cat lounge. 7. Drinks are allowed in the cat lounge. Please watch your items so the cats don't consume them. 8. Picking up cats: In general please do not pick up the cats. If you are sitting and wish to place a cat on your lap you may, but please do not try to force them to stay. 9. Watch the doors. When entering or exiting, one door must be closed at all times to ensure the cats stay inside. Please let staff know when you are leaving the lounge area so they can help look out for escape artists. 10. 50-minute cat visits: Cat lounge visits are 50 minutes long, so that we have time to clean between sessions.
